How to Find your Nich in the world! Don't get scammed trying.

Find your niche in business!  Avoid being scammed while trying.

Before starting any business venture, one should ask this question, "What is the greatest thing I want to do before I die?"  I believe everyone has different desires and passions. Nevertheless, in order to pursue those desires and passions, a person must have both the time and money. Unfortunately, this is not convenient for some. In order to understand this more carefully, we must consider these two factors: Cost of Living and Cost of Lifestyle.
A good definition for Cost of Living is that it is the cost of maintaining one’s basic needs: these are food, clothing, and shelter. These three necessities are the basis for personal survival. Cost Living can vary depending on location. Every city has its own price tag. A city’s price tag is determined by the cost of food from local groceries, clothing from retail stores, and housing (apartments, houses, living with friends or relatives). (Forbes, Inc., 2005) In order to maintain a cost of living, you must have a job or some source of income.
A good definition for Cost of Lifestyle is that it is the cost of maintaining your desires and passions in addition to maintaining the cost of living. This means a person should be able to do the things he or she wants; whenever there is a need and not be restricted by time or money. Nevertheless, if your job or source of income pays the price tag of your cost of lifestyle; then that’s good for you. However, if your job or source of income does not pay the price tag; then you have a problem.
In conclusion, this article I write is just my own solution to a problem faced by many. I do not consider myself a professional expert. However, my findings are based on trial and errors committed by myself and others in pursuit of happiness. I believe that today, many honest hard working people are searching for money making opportunities. Unfortunately, there are many unscrupulous individuals and organizations that seek to capitalize on their desperation. Evidence of their ‘get rich quick schemes’ are seen every day in the form of spam emails, MLM opportunities, work-at-home jobs, seminars, etc. (Lanford, 2002). In order to avoid becoming prey to these unethical practices, opportunities seekers must take heed this capitalistic thought: If I find a gold mine, I most certainly would not tell you! The goal of a true capitalist is to eliminate all competition. Therefore, I recommend to anyone seeking money making opportunities to scan the market for weaknesses and establish a ‘first mover presence’ inside those weak points. Always remember that any business offering 'get rich quick' opportunities are usually lying.
